the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, participate in Job Club, and complete
any other programming assigned by Probation.
Alejandro Vargas-Sanchez pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Vargas-Sanchez was ordered to serve 31 days in jail and then placed on probation
for 1 year. Vargas-Sanchez was fined $315.00 and required to complete substance
abuse treatment, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide
by any other programming assigned by Probation.
Joseph Donald Mattes pled guilty to Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury.
Mattes was ordered to serve 28 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years.

treatment, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5
year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.
Efren Santos Lopez pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Lopez was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Ismir Duric pled guilty to Assault. Duric was placed on probation for 1 year and
fined $65.00. Duric was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.
