Domestic Abuse Dispositions

On March 3, 2009 , Timothy Allen Bouchard pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Harassment 1st Degree.  On July 20, 2009 , Bouchard was sentenced to 196 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years.  Bouchard was fined $1250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and reside at United Community Services transitional housing.

Brandon Dwight Johnson, Sr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.  Johnson was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1875.00.  Johnson was required to obtain substance abuse treatment, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and follow through with all conditions of the in-jail treatment program.

 

Brad Samuel Veach pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.  Veach was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00.  Veach was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

 

Kelsey Jo Reimers pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct.  Reimers received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty.  Reimers was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

 

Rodger Alexander Flores pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.  Flores was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00.  Flores was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

 

Michelle Lee Gilge pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct.  Gilge received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty.  Gilge was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

 

Heather Marie Smith pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.  Smith received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty.  Smith was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program.

 

Francisco Javier Pelayo pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.  Pelayo was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 70 hours of community service and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

 

Jason Lee Lippart pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced.  Lippart was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

 

David Ochoa pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault.  Ochoa received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Ochoa was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

 

Aaron Michael Lane pled guilty to Assault.  Lane was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00.  Lane was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

 

Troy Lee DeMasse pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced.  DeMasse was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

07/22/2009 Darnell Green pled guilty to two counts of Harassment 2nd Degree and Violation of a No-Contact Order.  Green was sentenced to 120 days in jail and fined $1250.00.  Green was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Edward Eugene Hibdon pled guilty to two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced.  Hibdon was sentenced to 4 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

 

Nicholas Patrick Morning pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Violation of a No-Contact Order.  Morning was ordered to serve 120 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years.  Morning was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

 

On March 30, 2009 , Blair Neil Simmons pled guilty to Willful Injury.  On July 23, 2009 , Simmons was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service.  Simmons was required to continue with the jail based treatment program, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

 

Eddie Hubert Sapp pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.  Sapp was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year.  Sapp was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

07/24/2009 Harold Sheley Otis pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Otis was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Otis was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
