Raymond Leroy Martin, II pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Martin received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Martin
was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's
Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and participate in any other
programming assigned by Probation.
On December 21, 2009, Esad Mujkanovic pled guilty to Harassment 2nd Degree. On January
19, 2010, Mujkanovic was placed on probation for 2 years. Mujkanovic was required
to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact
Order, and follow through with any recommendations for counseling or treatment made
by Juvenile Court or DHS.

Marvin Anthony Smith pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Smith was ordered
to serve 68 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Smith was required
to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact
Order, and receive treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center.

Nathan Brenny pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Brenny received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Brenny was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class, remain current
on all medications, and follow through with psychological treatment.

On September 21, 2009, Master Irvin pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced.
On January 22, 2010, Irvin was sentenced to 176 days in jail and then placed on
probation for 2 years. Irvin was fined $625.00 and required to participate in the
36 week Batterer's Education Program, receive treatment through Iowa Residential
Treatment Center, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Mark Vincent Wallace pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Wallace was ordered to serve 43 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1
year. Wallace was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation,
receive psychological treatment, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education
Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming
assigned by Probation.
