William Harris plead guilty to the crimes of Possession of a Controlled Substance,
second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender,
an aggravated misdemeanor, in case number FE232688. He was sentenced to a term of
incarceration of four (4) years, this sentence was suspended and he was placed on
probation for two years. He must remain in custody pending a placement at the Fort
