Domestic Abuse Dispositions

Mark Presswood pled guilty to Assault. Presswood was ordered to serve 30 days in jail, fined $65.00, and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

John Thomas Anderson pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Harassment 1st Degree. Anderson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Anderson was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and attend marriage counseling.

David Nelson pled guilty to Assault. Nelson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Nelson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Alfred Lottie, Sr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Lottie was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Lottie was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Artur Hofman pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Hofman received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Hofman was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Almen Seric pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault and Public Intoxication. Seric was sentenced to 60 days in jail and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

Mark Vincent Wallace stipulated that he willfully violated a No-Contact Order on March 12, 2010. Wallace was found in contempt and sentenced to 13 days in jail.

Justin Tesene was found to have violated the terms of his probation. Tesene’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 120 days in jail.

Marlon Avery Battles stipulated that he violated the terms of his probation. Battles’ probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Ronald Keith Williams pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Williams received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Williams was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
