Domestic Abuse Dispositions
4/12/2010

Briana Webb stipulated that she violated the terms of her probation. Webb was found in contempt and ordered to obtain treatment at the Des Moines Women’s Correctional Facility and continue with the terms of her probation.

Donna Mari Locastra-Carr pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Locastra-Carr was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Joel Reyes pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Reyes received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Reyes was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Jose Sanchez-Bega pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Sanchez-Bega was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Saul Ramirez pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Ramirez was ordered to serve 12 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Ramirez was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

Hollis Kai Brown pled guilty to Assault. Brown received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Brown was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Johnnye Michael McCoy pled guilty to Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. McCoy was ordered to serve 264 days in jail and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Randolph Charles Bahl pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Bahl was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Bahl was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Patricio Mawone Scott pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Scott was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Christopher Hernandez pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Hernandez was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Mickey Ray Mulley, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree. Mulley was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,565.00. Mulley was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and submit to random alcohol and drug screenings while on probation.

Eddie Sapp stipulated that he willfully violated a No-Contact Order on January 8, 2010. Sapp was found in contempt and sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Andre Moses pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Moses was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $625.00. Moses was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

Kenneth Roy pled guilty to Assault. Roy was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.
