Domestic Abuse Dispositions
4/19/2010

Sean Marcus Wheels pled guilty to Assault. On April 21, 2010, Wheels was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.

4/20/2010

Joshua Dale Breeze pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Breeze was sentenced to 1 year in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

Nicholas Dontay Beasley pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Beasley was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Matthew Randal Lyons pled guilty to Harassment 1st Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Lyons was placed on probation for 2 years and required to complete substance abuse treatment and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Sarah Lynn Brumfield pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Brumfield received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Brumfield was required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and obtain a psychological evaluation and follow through with all recommended treatment and medications.

Paul Anthony Jones pled guilty to Assault. Jones was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Larry Eugene Diveley pled guilty to Assault. Diveley was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

4/21/2010

Jovernian Givhan pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Givhan received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Givhan was placed on probation for 1 year and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Darrell Keith Williams was found to have violated the terms of his probation. Williams’ probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison. Williams was required to complete the Batterer's Education Program while incarcerated.

4/22/2010

Randolph Charles Bahl stipulated that he violated the terms of his probation. Bahl’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Geoff Miles Anderson pled guilty to Harassment 2nd Degree. Anderson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
