Domestic Abuse Dispositions
5/3/2010

Harry William Stanley pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Stanley was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Terry Eugene Head pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Head was ordered to serve 61 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Head was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Justin Michael Dressic pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Dressic was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Dressic was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Carl Kohler pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Kohler received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Kohler was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Marc Allen Eide pled guilty to Harassment 2nd Degree and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Eide was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00. Eide was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Jamie Steuerwald pled guilty to Assault. Steuerwald received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Steuerwald was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

Marvin Castro-Ramos pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Castro-Ramos was ordered to serve 40 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Castro-Ramos was fined $315.00 and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, participate in any program assigned by Probation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

John Tafta, Jr. pled guilty to Assault. Tafta was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Austin Miguel Boyd pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Boyd was sentenced to 2 years in prison. Boyd was required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Deanthony Luther Clark stipulated to violating the terms of his probation. Clark was found in contempt and ordered to serve 60 days in jail and then required to continue with the original terms of his probation.

Brian David Dvorak stipulated that he willfully violated a No-Contact Order on December 1, 2010 and December 5, 2010. Dvorak was found in contempt and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Anthony James Kritchard pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Harassment 2nd Degree. Kritchard was ordered to serve 42 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Kritchard was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Jerraun Amerison-Smith pled guilty to Assault. Amerison-Smith was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

James Earl Moulds, Jr. pled guilty to Failure to Appear. Moulds was ordered to serve 48 days in jail.

Robert Eugene Walker, Jr. pled guilty to Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree and Harassment 1st Degree. Walker was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

David Tyron Laron Fuller pled guilty to Assault and harassment 3rd Degree. Fuller was sentenced to 50 days in jail.

Tyler Carver was found to be in violation of the terms of his probation. Carver’s Deferred Judgment was revoked and he was adjudged guilty of Assault. Carver was ordered to serve 5 days in jail and his civil penalty was converted to a fine of $315.00.

Zackery Quentin Hall pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Hall was ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Hall was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Jeffrey Alan Sparks pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and to two counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Sparks was ordered to serve 56 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Sparks was required to obtain a Psychological Evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order. Sparks was also found to have violated the terms of his probation in Criminal Case FECR228183. Sparks was found in contempt and ordered to serve 50 days in jail and then required to continue with the original terms of his probation.

Jacob James Bailiff pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Bailiff was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Bailiff was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
