Douglas Andrew Dawson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Dawson’s Deferred Judgment was revoked and he was adjudged guilty. Dawson’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.

Mercedis Edward Carr stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Carr was ordered to continue with the original terms of probation and to reside at the Fort Des Moines Correctional Facility until maximum benefits have been achieved.

Jaime Richard Jasso pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Jasso was ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Jasso was fined $315.00 and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 27, 2010, Nathan Merritt Daniel pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Simple Assault. On June 8, 2010, Daniel was sentenced to 66 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Daniel was ordered to obtain treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center and to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Tanya Mari Pottenger pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Pottenger was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00. Pottenger was required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Lynn Marie Engelkens pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Engelkens was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Engelkens was required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Valentin Avila-Garcia pled guilty to Assault. Avila-Garcia was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Benjamin Davie Groves pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury and stipulated that he willfully violated a No-Contact Order on June 1, 2010. Groves was ordered to serve 40 days in jail and fined $315.00. Groves was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Dean Paul Ostrander pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Ostrander was sentenced to 2 years in prison and fined $625.00. Ostrander was ordered to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

William Harold Whitten pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Harassment 1^st Degree, and Driving While Barred. Whitten was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
