Domestic Abuse Dispositions
6/14/2010

Carl Allen West pled guilty to Willful Injury. West was sentenced to 5 years in prison and fined $750.00.

6/15/2010

Tyler James Wilden stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Wilden’s Deferred Judgment was revoked and he was adjudged guilty. Wilden was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.

Steven Michael Edwards pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Eluding, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Edwards also stipulated to violating a No-Contact Order. Edwards was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

Harold William Rowland Wilmoth pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Wilmoth was ordered to serve 11 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Wilmoth was fined $315.00 and required to obtain outpatient treatment at UCS, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Tiffany Lyn Fennell pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fennell received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Fennell was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain psychological treatment and participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Joseph Carl Hays pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Hays was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete 70 hours of community service. Hays was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Erin Christine Dodson pled guilty to Assault. Dodson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Dodson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Austin Lavon Johnson pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Johnson was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Johnson was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, complete any programming assigned by Probation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
