Bruce Cockfield pled guilty to Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Cockfield was placed
on probation for 2 years and fined $750.00. Cockfield was required to participate
in the Batterer’s Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and abide
by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Michael Alan Barden pled guilty to Assault. Barden received a deferred judgment
and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Barden was placed on probation for 1 year
and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain a substance abuse
evaluation, and abstain from drinking while on probation.
Joseph Leonard LeClair pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. LeClair was
placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation
and a psychological evaluation. LeClair was also required to participate in the
36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jefferey Wayne Rynearson pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Rynearson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty.
Rynearson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to continue with counseling
at New Life Counseling.
Nelda Maria Garcia pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Garcia received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Garcia was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to complete 20 hours of community service.
Benjamin Blackmon pled guilty to Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury.
Blackmon was ordered to serve 148 days in jail and then placed on probation for
2 years. Blackmon was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, comply with
all programming recommendations of DCS and all aftercare recommendations of UCS.
Blackmon was also required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Steven Sifuentes pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Sifuentes was ordered
to serve 177 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Sifuentes was
required to obtain substance abuse treatment and aftercare at UCS, participate in
the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
