CHILDHOOD BLOOD LEAD TESTING |

The Polk County Health Department can test your child's blood for lead poisoning for free. Private insurance and Medicaid will also cover most or all of the cost of a blood lead test when performed by your primary medical provider.

Walk-ins are accepted Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm.
