CHOLESTEROL SCREENING |

The Cholesterol Test:
- You should fast 9-12 hours so having the blood test taken early in the morning is best.
- After filling out a form and paying the fee, the patient is taken back to the laboratory for the blood test.
- The blood test consists of a finger stick.
- The blood test takes about five minutes to run.
- The blood results are written down and explained to the patient.

Hours:
- 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Cost:
- $15.00 dollars - cholesterol test only
- $20.00 dollars - glucose and cholesterol test
