Daniel Eugene Beeman pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Bodily Injury. Beeman was ordered to serve 23 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Beeman was required to attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Scott Allen Belcher, Jr. pled guilty to Harassment 2nd. Belcher received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Belcher was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and Children in the Middle.
Clifford Carllow Loghry pled guilty to Domestic Abuse with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Driving While Barred. Loghry was ordered to serve 44 days in jail and then be on probation for two years. Loghry is to reside at the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility and attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Jarvis Lavoy Smith pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 3rd and Child Endangerment. Smith was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1250.00. Smith was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Anthony Nathaniel Rowe pled guilty to Burglary 2nd Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault. Rowe was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1000.00. Rowe was ordered to complete the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Ryan Lee Oliver pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Oliver received a Deferred Judgment and was accessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Oliver was placed on probation for one year and ordered to attend the 24 week Batter’s Education Program.
Sylvester Martinez Gerardo pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Gerardo received a Deferred Judgment and was accessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Gerardo was placed on probation for one year and ordered to attend the 24 week Batter’s Education Program

Cody Ryan Trostel pled guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. He was fined $500.00 and ordered to abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.
Antonio Octavious Taylor pled guilty to Assault. Taylor received a Deferred Judgment and was accessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Taylor was placed on one year of probation, to attend the Assaultive Behavior Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.
Walter Henry Green pled guilty to Assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

Matthew Jay Steinbruck pled guilty to Assault. He was sentenced to serve 3 days in jail and then be on probation for one year. Steinbruck is to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by 5 year No Contact Order.
Wremongar Tarr Snyder pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Child Endangerment. Snyder was ordered to serve 38 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Snyder was fined $1250.00, ordered to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
David Ronald Roberts pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Roberts was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Roberts was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
