Kham Vang pled guilty to Simple Assault. Vang was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Vang was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Darla Marie Earnest pled guilty to Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree. Earnest was ordered to serve 46 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Earnest was required to attend treatment at the Women’s Residential Facility and to abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.

Michael Keith Roiland pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury. Roiland was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Roiland was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Nouprapuy Vannaseng pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Vannaseng received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Vannaseng was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Richard Samuel Grylls pled guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Grylls was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Grylls was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.
Elyaxel Vasquez pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury. Vasquez was ordered to serve 13 days in jail and then placed on probation for one year. Vasquez was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Freda Joyce Williams pled guilty to Simple Assault. Williams was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Rufino a/k/a “Santos” Rodríguez pled guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Rodriguez was ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Rodriguez was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.
Nicholas Timothy Robinson pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury and Violation of a No Contact Order. Robinson was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Robinson was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Mark Allen Ryner pled guilty to Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree, Domestic Abuse with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, and Violation of a No-Contact Order. Ryner was ordered to serve 141 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Ryner was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
