Jose Munoz-Gonzalez was found guilty of 3 counts of Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury and 1 count of Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury. Munoz-Gonalez was sentenced to 35 years in prison, fined $750.00, and ordered to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Leigh Anne Delmege pled guilty to Simple Assault. Delmege received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Delmege was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.
Justin Michael Williams pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury. Williams was ordered to serve 24 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Williams was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Aundre Burnard Bomar pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Bomar was ordered to serve 21 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Bomar was required to receive an evaluation from the Restorative Parent Program, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Douglas Dean Mains pled guilty to Assault Causing Injury. Mains was ordered to serve 250 days in jail and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Francisco Soto pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Soto was ordered to serve 35 days in jail and then to obtain treatment at the Men’s Residential Facility. Soto was placed on probation for 2 years and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Tracy Alan Moore pled guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Moore was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Michael Shane Rupe pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury. Rupe was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Cory Lee Gray pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Gray was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then to obtain treatment from the Men’s Residential Facility. Gray was placed on probation for 2 years, required to attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Willie Joe Campbell, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Campbell was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to pay a $625.00 fine. Campbell was required to attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program.
William John Richard pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Richard was placed on probation for 2 years. Richard was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Allen Fortner, Jr. pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Child Endangerment. Fortner was ordered to serve 20 days in jail and then to obtain treatment at the Men’s Residential Facility. Fortner was placed on probation for 2 years, required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Candy Marie Garcia pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Garcia received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Garcia was placed on probation for 1 year and was required to attend the Batterer’s Education Program and the Parent Enrichment Program.

Albert Angelo Clausi pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Clausi was sentenced to 1 year probation and fined $315.00. Clausi was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Juan Manuel Bustos pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Carrying Weapons. Bustos was sentenced to 2 years probation. Bustos was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
