David Frances Passman pled guilty to Assault with Intent to Cause Bodily Injury. Passman was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Passman was required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.
James Robert Copic pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Copic received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Copic was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and receive a substance abuse evaluation.
Randy Howard Roeth pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Roeth was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Roeth was fined $65.00 and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and receive a substance abuse evaluation.
Rhenard Hayden McCray pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Bodily Injury and OWI First Offense. McCray was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $940.00. McCray was ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Nathaniel Brown pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury and Domestic Abuse with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Brown was ordered to serve 38 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Brown was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Brandon William Salazar pled guilty to Assault Causing Injury. Salazar was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Salazar was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

Brian DeWayne Collins pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Driving While Barred. Collins was ordered to serve 21 days in jail and then receive treatment at the Iowa Men’s Residential Facility. Collins was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00. Collins was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Thomas Raymond Gates pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Gates was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $630.00. Gates was ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

Keith Alan Coddington pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Coddington was placed on probation for 2 years, ordered to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order and participate in the Jail based Treatment Program.
