Michael Lawrence Martin pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Martin was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Martin was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Alex John Schlepphorst pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Schlepphorst received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Schlepphorst was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

Van Patten was fined $315.00, ordered to make restitution in the amount of $584.25, and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
