Domestic Abuse Dispositions
06/30/2008 Aaron Scott Haskin pled guilty to Violation of a No-Contact Order. Haskin was sentenced to 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Haskin was fined $200.00, ordered to complete 25 hours of community service, and to abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

On January 10, 2008, Edward Lee Wessel pled guilty to two counts of Forgery, Driving While License was Barred, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury, and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. On June 30th, Wessel was sentenced to treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center and then placed on probation for 2 years. Wessel was fined $3065.00 and required to complete the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, participate in the Bridges Treatment Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

07/01/2008 Shaun Lee Thompson pled guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Thompson was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to complete 70 hours of community service. Thompson was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

Michael Paul Wyatt pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Wyatt received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Wyatt was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

Kristin Marie Johnston pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Johnston received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Johnston was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

Alberto Guadalupe Ramos-Lopez pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Ramos-Lopez was sentenced to 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Ramos-Lopez was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Thomas Larry Fuller pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fuller received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Fuller was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
