Anthony Jose Keltner pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Harassment 1st Degree. Keltner was sentenced to 27 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Keltner was fined $1250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Demarco Deon Turner pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Turner was sentenced to 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Turner was fined $625.00 and ordered to receive treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center.
