Domestic Abuse Dispositions
07/14/2008 Leon Butler pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Butler was ordered to serve 65 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Butler was fined $315.00 and required to obtain treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

07/15/2008 Justin Lee Hilsenbeck pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Hilsenbeck received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Hilsenbeck was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Karrie Dee Jones pled guilty to Assault. Jones received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Jones was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to receive a substance abuse evaluation and attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Juan Garces, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Garces was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Garces was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Armandito Lasaro Perez-Pena pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Perez-Pena was ordered to serve 17 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Perez-Pena was required to attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

Justin Jacob Koester pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Koester received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Koester was placed on probation for 1 year and required to receive a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Lewis Wayne McCray pled guilty to two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. McCray was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. McCray was fined $315.00 and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Elvis Presley Hite pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Driving While Barred. Hite was ordered to serve 20 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Hite was required to attend the License Under Suspension Class, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

07/16/2008 Joseph Anthony Alexander pled guilty to Assault and Interference with Official Acts. Alexander was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Alexander was fined $250.00.

Amber Tetley pled guilty to Assault. Tetley was ordered to serve 14 days in jail.

Leandra Kay McKelvey pled guilty to Child Endangerment and OWI 1st Offense. McKelvey received a deferred judgment and was assessed an $1875.00 civil penalty. McKelvey was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the Parent Enrichment Class and OWI First Offense Program.

07/17/2008 Juan Anthonio Sarceno pled guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Sarceno was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Dora Einertson-Hill pled guilty to OWI 1st Offense. Einertson-Hill received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $1250.00 civil penalty. Einertson-Hill was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the OWI First Offense Program and complete substance abuse treatment.

07/18/2008 Dora Neely Hill pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Violation of a No-Contact Order. Hill was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Hill was fined $630.00 and required to receive substance abuse treatment, attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

John Edward Graves pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Harassment 1st Degree. Graves was ordered to serve 4 years in prison, participate in the Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
