Matthew Dewayne Millsap pled guilty to Assault. Millsap received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Millsap was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Allan Michael Edgerton pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Edgerton was ordered to serve 50 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Edgerton was required to complete 70 hours of community service and to attend the Repeat Offender Class, Assaultive Behavior Class, and 36 week Batterer's Education Program. Edgerton was to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Steven Robert Campidilli pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Campidilli received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Campidilli was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

Terrill Maurice Winfield pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Winfield received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Winfield was placed on probation for 1 year. Winfield was ordered to be evaluated for the Restorative Parent Program and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Richard James Leach pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Assault with a Weapon. Leach was placed on probation for 2 years. Leach was ordered to receive treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, attend the Restorative Parenting Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Dwan Montez Carter pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Carter was ordered to serve 6 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Carter was required to receive a substance abuse evaluation, a psychological evaluation, and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
James Antonio Morrison pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Harassment 1st Degree. Morrison was ordered to serve 55 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Morrison was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jason Jay Bozarth pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Bozarth was sentenced to 1 year probation and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Leshard Leon Davis pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Davis was sentenced to 40 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Davis was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
Melanie Christine Bisignano pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Count I, and Assault on a Peace Officer, Count II. With regard to Count I, Bisignano received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. With regard to Count II, Bisignano was fined $315.00. Bisignano was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.
