Goldie Hicks, Jr. pled guilty to Burglary 2nd Degree. Hicks was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1000.00. Hicks was required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
James Edward Brown pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Brown was ordered to serve 9 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Brown was required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, participate in treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Nathan Allen Owens pled guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Owens was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Owens was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Kevin Daniel Lebeau pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Lebeau received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Lebeau was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and Parenting Enrichment Class.
Master Michael Irvin pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Harassment 1st Degree. Irvin was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to receive treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center.
Demetrious Lee Chiri pled guilty to Failure to Appear. Chiri was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.
Joshua Cade Fales pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fales was sentenced to 1 year in prison and required to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program.
Trung Nguyen pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Nguyen received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Nguyen was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Lance LaVerne McIver pled guilty to Assault. McIver was ordered to serve 25 days in jail.
Robert Murray Dildine pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Dildine was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Dildine was required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Ashley Marie Tetley pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Tetley was ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Tetley was fined $315.00 and required to receive a substance abuse evaluation, attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Lindy Lee Henry pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Henry received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Henry was placed on probation for 2 years and required to complete the Domestic Violence Awareness Program and abide by a 2 year No-Contact Order.
Norman Davis Whiting pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Harassment 1st Degree. Whiting was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer’s Education Program.
