Randall William Smith pled guilty to Child Endangerment. Smith received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Smith was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
Lora Sue Baulder pled guilty to Assault. Baulder received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Baulder was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Phillip Randolph Lewis pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced, False Imprisonment, and Assault with Intent. Lewis was ordered to serve 240 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Lewis was required to attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and be evaluated for the Parent Enrichment Program.
