Joe Elvin Farnum, Jr. pled guilty to Trespass with Damage. Farnum was ordered to serve 57 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year.
Christopher Shaun Reeves pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Reeves was ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Reeves was fined $315.00 and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Traci Lee Vargas pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Vargas was ordered to serve 28 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Vargas was fined $315.00 and required to attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program and participate in treatment at the Women’s Residential Facility.
Daniel Hennessey Arthurs pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Arthurs received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Arthurs was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain substance abuse treatment and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Ralph Leroy Snyder pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Snyder was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
Michael David Ayersman pled guilty to Assault. Ayersman received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Ayersman was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

William Andrew Eichinger pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Eichinger received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Eichinger was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, attend Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Adrian Johnathan Nelson pled guilty to Assault Causing Injury. Nelson was ordered to serve 50 days in jail and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
