Michael Joe Todden pled guilty to Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense. Todden was ordered to serve 70 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Todden was fined $1250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, a psychological evaluation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Harvey Lee Singleton pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Singleton was ordered to serve 12 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Singleton was required to complete 86 hours of community service, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
