Patrick Joy-ying Maynard pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Maynard received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Maynard was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Gray was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
