Domestic Abuse Dispositions
09/08/2008 Rodney Terrance Carter pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Carter was sentenced to 110 days in jail and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Robert Merle Fischer pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fischer was ordered to serve 46 days in jail.

Kevin Patrick O’Connell pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. O’Connell was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. O’Connell was required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Bernardo Reyes Orozco pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Orozco was ordered to serve 62 days in jail and fined $315.00. Orozco was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

09/09/2008 Jonathan Sohm Thyberg pled guilty to Assault on a Police Officer and Assault Causing Injury. Thyberg was ordered to serve 28 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Thyberg was required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and to participate in outpatient treatment.

Alejandro Alonzo Gomez pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Gomez was ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Gomez was required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Michael Alan Smith pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Smith was ordered to serve 75 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Smith was fined $940 and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Stephen Foote Soltis pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Soltis was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Soltis was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Ray Edwards, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Edwards was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Edwards was required to attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Laura Lea Dillinger pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Dillinger received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Dillinger was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the Batterer’s Education Program.

Leonard Alexander Rivett pled guilty to Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Rivett was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Rivett was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

David Frances Passman pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Passman was sentenced to 3 years in prison. Passman was ordered to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Thomas Dean Pettinger pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Pettinger was sentenced to 1 year in prison and required to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program.

09/10/2008 Keith Deshon Ward-Taylor pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Ward-Taylor was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Ward-Taylor was fined $65.00 and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

09/11/2008 Julian James Nettles pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Nettles was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Nettles was required to obtain substance abuse treatment and attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

Andrew Douglas Humphrey pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Humphrey received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Humphrey was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Adult Life Skills Class, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Jose Amilcar Tepas pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Child Endangerment. Tepas was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Tepas was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, interview for the Parent Enrichment Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

09/12/2008 Joshua Paul Louis Stroeber pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Stroeber was ordered to serve 47 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Stroeber was required to obtain a psychological evaluation and attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
