Hayden Douglas Zeidler pled guilty to Assault. Zeidler received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Zeidler was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
Michael Benjamin Delong pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Delong received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Delong was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
Shanna Cox pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Cox received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Cox was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Brandon Ashon Bagby pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Bagby was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation. Bagby was required to attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and participate in treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center.

Ashton Craig Ades pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Ades received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Ades was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.
Domingo A. Zavalla pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Zavalla received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Zavalla was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

David Lee Bryant pled guilty to Assault. Bryant was sentenced to 18 days in jail.
Joseph Beasley pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Beasley was ordered to serve 6 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Beasley was required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 12, 2008, Michael Jon Schnepf pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. On September 18, 2008, Schnepf was sentenced to 1 year probation and fined $315.00. Schnepf was ordered to obtain substance abuse treatment and to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
