Vernon Nathan Jeter, III pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Jeter received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $630.00 civil penalty. Jeter was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.
