Angie Marie Charlier pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Charlier received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Charlier was placed on probation for 1 year and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Christopher Dean Martin pled guilty to Driving While License Revoked and Disorderly Conduct. Martin was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and fined $250.00.
Clinton Wayne Cadwallader pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault and Violation of a No Contact Order. Cadwallader was ordered to serve 210 days in jail and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Renee Marie Koeniguer pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Koeniguer was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Koeniguer was required to obtain a psychological evaluation, attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Nicole Danielle Owens pled guilty to Assault With a Dangerous Weapon and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Owens received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $940.00 civil penalty. Owens was placed on probation for 2 years and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and follow all DHS recommendations.
Evaristo Lopez pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Lopez was sentenced to 30 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Michael Lee Nall pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Violation of a No Contact Order. Nall was ordered to serve 80 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Nall was fined $1250.00 and required to attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, attend treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Michael Patrick Stubbs pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Stubbs was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Stubbs was fined $940.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Randy Mata pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Mata was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Tommy Lee Williams pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Williams was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00. Williams is to comply with aftercare recommendations set forth by the jail treatment staff.
