Ronald Dale Mullen pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Mullen was sentenced to 2 years in prison. Mullen was required to attend the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Ernesto Tapia-Valladares pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Tapia-Valladares was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to complete 60 hours of community service. Tapia-Valladares was required to receive a substance abuse evaluation and attend the Repeat Offender Class.

On October 7, 2008, Anthony John King pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. On October 28, 2008, King was sentenced to 1 year probation and fined $315.00. King was required to participate in substance abuse treatment and attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
Thompson Koko Zeh pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Zeh received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Zeh was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 50 hours of community service and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
David Frank Ortiz pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Ortiz was sentenced to 10 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Ortiz was fined $625.00 and required to participate in substance abuse treatment and attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
Staci Ann Fraaken pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fraaken received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Fraaken was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
James Calvin Harrison, III pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Harrison was sentenced to 10 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Harrison was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Ronald Wayne Christensen pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Christensen was sentenced to 23 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Christensen was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Darnell Jordan pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Jordan was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to attend the Batterer’s Education Program.

Mark William Jemming pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Violation of a No-Contact Order. Jemming was sentenced to 74 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Stacy Purnell pled guilty to Assault. Purnell was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Purnell was required to take classes at the Family Violence Center and to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On August 5, 2008, Tommy Gines, Jr. pled guilty to Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. On October 30, 2008, Gines was sentenced to 2 years probation and required to obtain a psychological evaluation and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
