Tacona Tyron Conner pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Child Endangerment. Conner was ordered to serve 135 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Conner was fined $1250.00 and required to complete substance abuse treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Rodney Allen Tayek pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Tayek received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Tayek was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Johnie Woodrow Wallace pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Wallace was ordered to serve 26 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Wallace was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Garcia-Mascote was required to attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Larry Wayne Holloway, Jr. pled guilty to Assault. Holloway was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Holloway was required to complete 50 hours of community service, attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Booker Taliferro Jarrett, III pled guilty to two counts of Willful Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Jarrett was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $2125.00. Jarrett was required to attend the Batterer’s Education Program, complete aftercare at Port of Entry halfway house, and participate in the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program.
