Douglas Blom pled guilty and was sentenced before Judge William Price. Blom pled guilty to the crime of Criminal Mischief
in the 3rd degree an Aggravated Misdemeanor. Blom painted gang graffiti
on buildings. Blom was sentenced to 30 days in the Polk County Jail.
Additionally, Blom will have to pay full restitution and complete a VORP
if requested. Blom was prosecuted by the Drug and Gang Bureau.
Gilberto Galvan was sentenced for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance, methampethamine, With Intent to Deliver, a Class C felony, in case number FE219466. Judgment was deferred and he was placed on probation for a term of two years. This defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.
Toyusi Johnson plead guilty to and was sentenced for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, “crack” cocaine, a Class C felony, in case number FE222909. He was sentenced to a term of incarceration not to exceed ten years and was placed on probation for a term of two years. This defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.
