Matthew Dent pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Dent was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and
abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.
Vanessa Machele Garza pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Garza received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Garza
was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Women’s Batterer’s
Education Program and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.
Johnny Eugene White pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. White received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. White was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and
abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.
On November 17, 2009, Scott Wayne Parks pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced
and False Imprisonment. On January 5, 2010, Parks was sentenced to prison for 3
years and required to complete the Batterer’s Education Program.
Barry Scott Aldrich pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Aldrich received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Aldrich was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and
abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Fred Bowah pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Bowah was placed on probation
for 1 year and fined $65.00. Bowah was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's
Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and any other programming
assigned by Probation.
