Boualay Sue Barker pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and
Trespass with Damage. Barker received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00
civil penalty. Barker was required to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program,
abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned
by Probation.
Kendall Steven Zuetlau pled guilty to Assault. Zuetlau was placed on probation for

Toby Gramlich pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Gramlich was placed on probation
