Jana Dee Brooks pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Brooks was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to attend the Women’s Batterer’s Education program and obtain
a substance abuse evaluation.
Daniel Joseph Cochran pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict
Serious Injury and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Cochran was ordered to serve 26
days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Cochran was fined $940.00
and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete the 24 week Batterer's
Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and participate in any other
programming assigned by Probation.
Victor Manuel Rosas-Macario pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily
Injury. Rosas-Macario was ordered to serve 12 days in jail and then placed on probation
for 1 year. Rosas-Macario was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse
evaluation, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year
No-Contact Order, and participate in any other programming assigned by Probation.
Stephon Markeith Shabazz pled guilty to Child Endangerment. Shabazz received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Shabazz was required to complete
the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and be evaluated for the Restorative Parenting
Program.
