On January 5, 2012, Derrick S. Wilson appeared in Polk County District Court in criminal number FE250261. Des Moines Residential Correctional Facility. If the defendant is imprisoned, he must serve a mandatory minimum one-third of the ten year sentence before being eligible for parole.
