On February 8, 2011, Darrius Bolden pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear. Bolden was fined $1,500.00 and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On February 8, 2011, Raymond Wade Posey pleaded guilty to Assault. Posey received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Posey was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
On February 8, 2011, Leron Caswell pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault. Caswell was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $380.00. Caswell was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On February 8, 2011, Antoinette Michelle Colon pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Colon received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Colon was placed on probation for 2 years and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.
On February 8, 2011, Wayne Manuel stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Manuel’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 180 days in jail.
On February 8, 2011, Johnny Lee Mascaro stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Mascaro was found in contempt and ordered to serve 111 days in jail.
On February 8, 2011, Brian Miller pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Miller received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Miller was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
On February 8, 2011, Forrest Phillips pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Phillips was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Phillips was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete intensive outpatient treatment at United Community Services.
On February 8, 2011, Bretley Young Aldridge pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Child Endangerment. Aldridge was sentenced to 4 years prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program.
On February 8, 2011, Zachary Max Rich pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Eluding, and Burglary 3rd Degree. Rich was ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Rich was fined $1,250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.
