Ryan Schaffer pled guilty to Reckless Use of a Firearm. Schaffer was placed on probation
for 1 year and fined $65.00. Schaffer was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior
Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Matthew Gordon Dale Miller pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily
Injury. Miller received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty.
Miller was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24
week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Tom Taylor Campbell pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Campbell was
placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's
Education Program.
Michael Allen Bowser pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Bowser received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Bowser was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program and obtain
a substance abuse and psychological evaluation.
On January 12, 2010, Kristopher R. Hervey pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault
Enhanced. On February 9, 2010, Hervey was sentenced to 1 year of probation and fined
$315.00. Hervey was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education
Program, complete any other programming assigned by probation, and abide by a 5
year No-Contact Order.
Matthew John Grubb pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Grubb was ordered
to serve 67 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Grubb was required
to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, continue substance abuse
treatment at Port of Entry Halfway House, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
James Lumadue stipulated that he violated the terms of his probation. Lumadue was
found in contempt and ordered to serve 3 days in jail and required to complete the
Assaultive Behavior Program.
Roberto Lee LaChance was found guilty of violating the terms of his probation. LaChance’s
probation was revoked and his original sentence of imprisonment not to exceed 2
years for the Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced conviction and 1 year for the OWI
1st Offense conviction was imposed.
Clifford Carllow Loghry was found guilty of violating the terms of his probation.
Loghry’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 64 days in jail.
