Roberto Uriel Guadarrama pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Guadarrama received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Guadarrama was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Jason Allan Beall pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Beall received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Beall was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On January 5, 2010, John Hosea Hews, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. On February 16, 2010 Hews was sentenced to 45 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Hews was fined $315.00 and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Randy Joe Perry pled guilty to Stalking and Harassment 2nd Degree. Perry was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation. Perry was ordered to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Catherine Ruth Dejulius pled guilty to Assault. Dejulius received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Dejulius was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Joseph Watley pled guilty to Harassment 2nd Degree. Watley was ordered to serve 11 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Watley was fined $315.00 and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order and complete any programming assigned by Probation.

Clayton Allen Lyle Albert pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Albert was ordered to serve 51 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Albert was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Kathy Mickler pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Mickler was ordered to serve 81 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Mickler was fined $625.00 and required to complete substance abuse treatment and participate in the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program.

Robert Maudlin pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Maudlin was ordered to serve 20 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Maudlin was ordered to complete 70 hours of community service and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
