Domestic Abuse Dispositions
03/21/2011

On March 21, 2011, William Anthony Lee McDowell pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Credit Card Fraud, Eluding, Driving while Barred, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. McDowell was sentenced to 4 years prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On March 21, 2011, Shaun Lamar Jones stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Jones’ probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

03/22/2011

On March 22, 2011, Michael Nereim pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Nereim was ordered to serve 28 days in jail.

On March 22, 2011, Christopher Joe Montgomery pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Montgomery received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Montgomery was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On March 22, 2011, Cody Michael Ely pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree and Assault on a Police Officer. Ely was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00. Ely was ordered to obtain impatient substance abuse treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and await space for the Fort Des Moines facility.

On March 22, 2011, Byong Ju Yi was found to have violated the terms of probation. Yi’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.

On March 22, 2011, Pharis Lekeith Davis stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Davis’ probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and fined $380.00.

On March 22, 2011, Daniel Joseph Thurman, III stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Thurman’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 180 days in jail.

03/23/2011

On March 23, 2011, Isiah Dewight Berry pleaded guilty to Child Endangerment. Berry was ordered to serve 80 days in jail and fined $625.00. Berry was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On March 23, 2011, Russell Roy Thomas Lindley pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and stipulated to violating a No-Contact Order on January 1, 2011. Lindley was ordered to serve 93 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Lindley was fined $625.00 and required to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On March 23, 2011, Freddrick Cleaven Little pleaded guilty to Interference with Official Acts and stipulated to willfully violating a No-Contact Order. Little was ordered to serve 10 days in jail. Little was also found to have violated the terms of probation in Criminal Case Number FE240766. Little’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 4 years in prison.

On March 23, 2011, Ryan Gist stipulated to willfully violating a No-Contact Order on February 16, 2011. Gist was found in contempt and sentenced to 18 days in jail.

On March 23, 2011, Dwayne Donell Fraley pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fraley was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Fraley was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

03/24/2011

On March 24, 2011, Joshua Dean Taylor pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Taylor was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

03/25/2011

On March 25, 2011, Lance Leroy Belger pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Belger was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
