Hughes was placed on probation for 2 years and required to complete 60 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and continue with family counseling.

Webb was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 60 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.
On March 29, 2011, Carlos Antone Traywick, Sr. pleaded guilty to Escape and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Traywick was also found to have violated the terms of probation in Criminal Case Numbers AG240817 and AG240964. Traywick’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
