Domestic Abuse Dispositions
03/28/2011

On March 28, 2011, Denzell Martice Bullock, Sr. stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Bullock was found in contempt and ordered to serve 20 days in jail.

On March 28, 2011, James Lewis Stuart pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Stuart received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Stuart was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

03/29/2011

On March 29, 2011, Michael Edward Fanning stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Fanning was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On March 16, 2011, Douglas Copice Triplett pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. On March 29, 2011, Triplett was sentenced to 1 year probation, fined $315.00, and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On March 29, 2011, Kim Wooster pleaded guilty to Assault. Wooster was fined $65.00 and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On March 29, 2011, Mani Pomoan Deng pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Deng received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Deng was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On March 29, 2011, Terrell James, Jr. pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. James received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. James was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On March 29, 2011, John Christian Hughes pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Hughes received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Hughes was placed on probation for 2 years and required to complete 60 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and continue with family counseling.

On March 29, 2011, Princeton Anthony Webb pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Webb received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $630.00 civil penalty. Webb was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 60 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On March 29, 2011, Carlos Antone Traywick, Sr. pleaded guilty to Escape and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Traywick was also found to have violated the terms of probation in Criminal Case Numbers AG240817 and AG240964. Traywick’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 4 years in prison.

On March 29, 2011, Marty Gus Anderson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Anderson’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On March 29, 2011, Phillip Ray Miller stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Miller’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

On March 29, 2011, Ramond Fuller, Jr. stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Fuller was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

03/30/2011

On March 30, 2011, Joshua Dean Vandel stipulated to willfully violating a No-Contact Order on January 13, 2011. Vandel was found in contempt and ordered to serve 14 days. Vandel also stipulated to violating the terms of probation in Criminal Case Number AG224442. Vandel was found in contempt and ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On March 30, 2011, Michael Robinson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Robinson’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

On March 30, 2011, Bometria Lane Cook pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Cook was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program.

03/31/2011

On February 14, 2011, Ryan Lee Bourdon pleaded guilty to 2 counts of Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury, Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury, Child Endangerment, and Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. On March 31, 2011, Bourdon was sentenced to a total of 27 years in prison and fined $4,000. Bourdon was required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On March 31, 2011, Harry William Stanley, Jr. stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Stanley was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

04/01/2011

On April 1, 2011, Brent Clayton Moore pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Moore was ordered to serve 94 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Moore was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
