Robert Eugene Perkins pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Perkins received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Perkins
was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation
and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Oscar Martinez-Torres pled guilty to Assault. Martinez-Torres was placed on probation
for 1 year and fined $65.00. Martinez-Torres was required to attend the Assaultive
Behavior Class, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and participate in the Latino
Orientation Program.
Jerry Lee Johnson pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Johnson was placed
on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Johnson was required to obtain a psychological
evaluation and attend the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
Tina Marie Wyatt pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Wyatt
received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Wyatt was
placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain substance abuse treatment,
attend the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact
Order.
Clint Taylor Eckerman pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Eckerman was ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1
year. Eckerman was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation
and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Phillip McGruder pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. McGruder was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 Batterer's Education Program and
abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Erik Kinchelow pled guilty to assault. Kinchelow was sentenced to one year in prison
and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5
year No-Contact Order. Kinchelow also stipulated to violating the terms of his probation
in Criminal Case AG226144. Kinchelow’s probation was revoked and his original sentence
of 2 years in prison was imposed.
James Anthony Woodard stipulated that he violated the terms of his probation. Woodard’s
probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.
Newell Gerald Martin, III stipulated that he violated the terms of his probation.
Martin’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 120 days in jail.
