Domestic Abuse Dispositions
04/11/2011

On December 21, 2010, Bradley Eugene Gideon pleaded guilty to Burglary 3rd Degree and Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury. On April 11, 2011, Gideon was sentenced to probation for 5 years and fined $1,500.00. Gideon was ordered to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 11, 2011, Michael James Gilbert pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Gilbert was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00. Gilbert was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 11, 2011, Derrick Dwayne Smith stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Smith’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On April 11, 2011, Charles Raymond Lee, Jr. stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Lee was found in contempt and he was ordered to serve 89 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation and complete treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center.

04/12/2011

April 12, 2011, Timothy Michael Evans pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Evans was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 12, 2011, Monte Lynn Bales pleaded guilty to Assault. Bales was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and continue with counseling.

On April 12, 2011, David Nathen Farrell pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Farrell was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On April 12, 2011, Aaron Christopher Davis pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Davis received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Davis was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 12, 2011, Sefik Dzinic stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Dzinic’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

04/13/2011

On April 13, 2011, Gator Midnight Gifford pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Gifford was sentenced to 1 year in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program. Gifford also stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order. Gifford was found in contempt and ordered to serve 180 days in prison for the violation.

On April 13, 2011, Douglas Allen Griffin stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Griffin was found in contempt and ordered to serve 5 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

04/14/2011

On April 14, 2011, Nicholas Nigel Ford pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Ford was ordered to serve 77 days in jail and fined $315.00. Ford was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 14, 2011, Kathryn Anne Judge pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Judge received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Judge was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation or DHS.
