04/18/2011

On April 18, 2011, Todd Michael Morrow stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on January 25, 2011 and February 25, 2011. Morrow was found in contempt and sentenced to 17 days in jail.

04/19/2011

On April 19, 2011, Shannon Nicole Rulo pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Rulo received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Rulo was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On April 19, 2011, Jeremiah Leigh Burke stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Burke’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On April 19, 2011, Thomas Lee Williams pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Williams was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 19, 2011, Steven Joseph Winn pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Winn received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Winn was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

April 19, 2011, Krista Aline Krogman pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Krogman received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Krogman was placed on probation for 1 year, required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, and continue with substance abuse treatment and counseling as recommended by Assessment Services, Inc.

On April 19, 2011, Jerry Ray Adams pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Adams received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Adams was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

April 19, 2011, Meronica Laura Breedlove pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Breedlove received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Breedlove was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 19, 2011, Clinton Charles Berry pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Berry was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Berry was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, participate in any other programming assigned by Probation, and stay current on all prescribed medications.

On April 19, 2011, Nickolas James Wintermote pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Wintermote was ordered to serve 19 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Wintermote was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation. Wintermote was also required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

04/20/2011

On April 20, 2011, Jaime Richard Jasso stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on April 10, 2011. Jasso was found in contempt and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

On April 6, 2011, Keith LaVern Johnson stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on March 24, 2011. On April 20, 2011, Johnson was sentenced to 7 days in jail.

On April 20, 2011, Ronald James Moore pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Moore was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $630.00. Moore was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

04/21/2011

On April 21, 2011, Nadin Tellez-Morales pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Tellez-Morales was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On April 21, 2011, Shaun Lamar Jones pleaded guilty to Theft 5th Degree. Jones was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On April 21, 2011, Vanly Naonady pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Naonady received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Naonady was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service. Naonady was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On April 21, 2011, Melissa Mae Channon pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Channon was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Channon was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation, participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On April 21, 2011, Gerald Thomas Horne pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Horne was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order and complete the Batterer's Education Program.

04/22/2011

On April 22, 2011, Matthew Hanna stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on April 13, 2011. Hanna was sentenced to 175 days in jail.
