Perkins was required to obtain substance abuse treatment, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and submit to random drug testing.

Serrano was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On April 26, 2011, Ryan Lee Schrader pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Schrader was ordered to serve 1 year in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
