Domestic Abuse Dispositions
04/25/2011

On April 25, 2011, Farad Shaheed Ward pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Ward was ordered to serve 11 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Ward was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, a psychological evaluation, participate in the First-Time Offender Class, abide by a 2 year No-Contact Order, and obtain a GED.

On April 25, 2011, Melissa Ann Smith pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Smith received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Smith was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 25, 2011, Bryant Kephart stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Kephart was found in contempt and ordered to serve 7 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

04/26/2011

On April 26, 2011, Jacolby Leon Wright stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Wright’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 64 days in jail.

On April 26, 2011, Mary Mae Thomsen pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Thomsen received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Thomsen was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On April 26, 2011, Franciska Augustina Mamer pleaded guilty to Assault. Mamer received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Mamer was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 26, 2011, Mirzeta Terzic pleaded guilty to Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury. Terzic received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $750.00 civil penalty. Terzic was placed on probation for 4 years and required to obtain mental health treatment, stay current on all prescribed medications, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 26, 2011, William J. Miller, Sr. stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Miller’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 3 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program.

On April 26, 2011, Daniel James Perkins pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana. Perkins was ordered to serve 19 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Perkins was required to obtain substance abuse treatment, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and submit to random drug testing.

On April 26, 2011, Dustin Andrew Bean pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Bean was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On April 26, 2011, Jose Ramon Serrano, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Serrano was ordered to serve 53 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Serrano was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 26, 2011, Ryan Lee Schrader pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Schrader was ordered to serve 1 year in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 26, 2011, Jacquese Ryon Smart pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Smart received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Smart was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

04/27/2011

On April 27, 2011, Brent Clayton Moore, Sr. pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree and stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on April 3, 2011. Moore was sentenced to 14 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Moore was fined $625.00 and required to obtain substance abuse and psychological treatment, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On April 27, 2011, Toby Andrew Johns stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on April 12, 2011. Johns was found in contempt and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

On April 27, 2011, Jorge Alfredo Rivera, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Rivera was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On April 27, 2011, Joseph Jordan Watley stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on March 4, 2011 and violating the terms of probation. Watley was found in contempt and ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On April 27, 2011, Mark Hawkeye Westerfield stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Westerfield’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 45 days in jail.

04/28/2011

On April 28, 2011, Jacolby Leon Wright pleaded guilty to Assault While Participating in a Felony and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Wright was sentenced to 5 years in prison and fined $1065.00. Wright was required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On April 28, 2011, Rebecca Nelson pleaded guilty to Assault. Nelson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Nelson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

04/29/2011

On April 29, 2011, Joel Elisha Houck, III pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Houck received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Houck was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On April 29, 2011, Andrew Paul Mclaren pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Mclaren was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
