a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Mitchell was placed
on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.
Jermaine Steven Daye pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Daye was placed
on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education
Program and participate in a parenting program as assigned by the Department of
Corrections.
Frank Eugene Niederklopfer pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Niederklopfer
was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Niederklopfer was required
to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a psychological
evaluation, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.
Reginald Jenkins pled guilty to Assault. Jenkins received a deferred judgment and
was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Jenkins was placed on probation for 1 year
and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 1 year No-Contact
Order.
David Kepler pled guilty to Assault. Kepler was sentenced to 20 days in jail.
