Domestic Abuse Dispositions
05/02/2011

On May 2, 2011, Kelly Edward Lindberg pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Lindberg received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Lindberg was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service. Lindberg was ordered to have a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 3, 2011, Jennifer Allman pleaded guilty to Assault. Allman received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Allman was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service, attend the Assaultive Behavior Class, and participate in any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 3, 2011, Michelle Haus pleaded guilty to Assault. Haus was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Haus was required to complete 40 hours of community service, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 3, 2011, Rebecca Hamilton pleaded guilty to Assault. Hamilton received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Hamilton was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On May 3, 2011, Rodney Alan Smith pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear. Smith was fined $500.00.

On April 21, 2011, Milton Tony Martinez pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. On May 3, 2011, Martinez was sentenced to 85 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Martinez was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 3, 2011, Aaron Jay Rogers pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and False Imprisonment. Rogers was ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Rogers was required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 4, 2011, Lionel Dartagna Davis pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Davis received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Davis was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 4, 2011, Nikolas Julian Lansman pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Lansman was ordered to serve 6 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Lansman was required to complete 70 hours of community service, obtain a psychological evaluation, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 5, 2011, Joshua Mark Aschan pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Aschan was ordered to serve 49 days in jail and then placed on probation for 3 years. Aschan was fined $315.00 and required to obtain substance abuse treatment and psychological treatment, attend the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by probation.

On May 5, 2011, Alexander Forrest Sevedge pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Sevedge was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00. Sevedge was required to obtain substance abuse treatment and psychological treatment, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 5, 2011, Tristan William Swanson, Jr. pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear. Swanson was ordered to serve 32 days in jail and fined $315.00.

05/06/2011

On May 6, 2011, Daniel Joseph Jebson pleaded guilty to Child Endangerment Causing Bodily Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Jebson was placed on probation or 2 years and fined $1375.00. Jebson was required to successfully complete the Substance Use Disorder Program, comply with any mental health recommendations and treatment, attend the Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
