On May 10, 2011, Dana Paul Bergloff stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Bergloff was found in contempt and ordered to serve 13 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.
On May 10, 2011, Eric Lee Garrett stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Garrett’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program.
On May 10, 2011, Nathan Matthew Warm pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Warm was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Warm was required to complete 50 hours of community service and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.
On May 10, 2011, Montrey Terrel Nelson pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Nelson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Nelson was ordered to complete 70 hours of community service, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On May 10, 2011, Amy Lynn Hovick pleaded guilty to Assault on a Police Officer. Hovick was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Hovick was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service and obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation.
On May 10, 2011, Jamieson Rashad Harris pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Harris was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Harris was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.
On May 10, 2011, Steven Cyr pleaded guilty to Assault. Cyr was ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Cyr was fined $65.00 and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain a psychological evaluation, and complete any recommended treatment program.

Rodriguez-Salgado was ordered to serve 24 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Rodriguez-Salgado was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
